10. Trading Disclaimer

12. Payment and cancellation of service
Recurring Billing: Billing is recurring, meaning you will continue to be charged until your subscription is cancelled.
Free Trial: Users are offered a 14-day free trial for certain paid plans. Unless cancelled before the end of the trial, the subscription will automatically convert to a monthly or annual paid plan, based on your initial selection.
No Monthly Refunds: We do not provide refunds for recurring monthly payments. If you have been billed for automatic monthly renewal, you can cancel the subscription to prevent future monthly billings.
Cancellation Before Billing Period Ends: If you cancel your service before the end of your current billing cycle, your subscription will remain active until the next billing date. If no payment is received after this date, the subscription will be terminated.
No Refunds on Initial Payments: We do not offer refunds on initial payments. Please ensure your order is correct before finalizing the payment.
Payment Processing: Payments may be collected by local subsidiaries in certain regions. However, all payment processing and management, as well as service provision, are handled by Azullian, irrespective of the collecting entity.
Subscription Agreement: By subscribing to any plan on www.azullian.com, including free trials, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our Terms of Use and authorize Azullian to automatically bill your bank card or PayPal account as per your selected billing cycle.
Billing Terms: Services are charged in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. No refunds are offered for partial months of service, or for months where the service remains unused while the account is active.
13. Termination
You can request the deletion of your account from Azullian. Upon such request, we will erase the personal data linked to your account. However, some personal data may be retained if it is incorporated into data that is crucial for our systems and site operations, including data from communications sent through our site. This retention is necessary for data integrity, auditing, security, and other legitimate business purposes (refer to our Privacy Policy for more details). Contributions you have published will remain on the site at our discretion. Once published, a Contribution becomes part of the collective trading knowledge and is preserved to maintain transparency and uphold the site's reputation and integrity.
Azullian reserves the right to terminate, limit, or suspend your account, any associated email address, and access to Azullian services without prior notice. Reasons for such actions include, but are not limited to: (a) breaches or violations of the Terms of Use or other incorporated agreements or guidelines, (b) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, (c) significant modifications or discontinuance of the Azullian services, (d) unforeseen technical or security issues, (e) prolonged inactivity, and (f) involvement in fraudulent or illegal activities. We emphasize that such decisions will be at Azullian's sole discretion and that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for the termination of your account or access to our services.
